Q:  What do I get when I subscribe to the Illness and Absenteeism Newsletter?
A:   Free Newsletter Subscribers will receive our monthly newsletter with updates on the latest developments in the area of illness and absenteeism together with access to the fully searchable Newsletter Archives in the Members Area of the site containing a wealth of valuable information and summaries of important cases in this critical area of labour and employment law.

Q:  How often is the Supplement updated and how do I get access to it?
A:   The Supplement is updated monthly.  Each time it is updated, it will be uploaded in PDF format to the Member's Area of the site and you will receive an email notifying you that it is available.

Q:  Will I receive paper updates to the manual?
A:   No, the 864 page manual is intended as a stand-alone thorough discussion of all of the principles applicable to the topic of illness and absenteeism and includes hundreds of references to arbitration decisions which illustrate those principles.   The Manual Supplement, which is updated regularly throughout the year and is available for download in the Members Area , is a continuing cumulative publication which includes additional case law developments which illustrate, support and expand upon the principles set forth in the Manual.  The Supplement is organized in the same manner as the Manual making it easy to cross reference and ensure that you are up to date on the latest developments in any particular area.

Q:  Do I have to pay by credit card?
A:   No, if you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can complete the form provided on the Buy Now page and mail it to us and we will activate your subscription.

Q:  We have a larger organization and would like access to the Online Manual for multiple users.  Do you have any group pricing discounts?
A:   If you are a larger organization and require access to the Members Area of the site for a large number of people, please contact us about potential group pricing.

Q:  How long does my subscription last?
A:   All subscriptions are for a period of one year from the date of subscription and renew annually at a rate of $340.

Q:  My paid subscription has expired.  How can I renew it?
A:   To renew an expired subscription, please purchase an "Online Only" Subscription here.
